Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Abhi Electricals, we are committed to providing reliable diesel generator sales, repair services, maintenance, and genuine spare parts. This policy outlines the terms for order cancellations and refunds.

1. Cancellation Policy

Product Order Cancellation:

• Orders for diesel generators or spare parts can be cancelled before dispatch or processing.
• Once the product has been shipped or delivered, cancellation may not be possible.

Service Cancellation:

• Generator repair or maintenance appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled by informing us at least 24 hours in advance.
• If cancellation is made after technician dispatch, visit charges may apply.

Special Orders:

• Customized or special-order generators and spare parts may not be eligible for cancellation once confirmed.

2. Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refund:

• Full refund will be issued if the order is cancelled before dispatch.
• If a product is delivered in damaged or defective condition, customers must notify us within 48 hours with proof (photos/videos).
• Refund or replacement will be processed after verification.

Non-Refundable Cases:

• Completed repair or maintenance services.
• Advance payments for confirmed special or customized orders (unless otherwise agreed in writing).
• Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery.

Refund Process:

• To request a cancellation or refund, contact us through our official contact page with order/service details.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
• Refunds will be made via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
